Dear Colleagues,

It is our pleasure to bring you full programme and registration details for the up-coming IBA APAG International Arbitration Training Day taking place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 21 November 2018 at the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC).

This programme will offer insights into the practice of arbitration through the simulation of the conduct of proceedings in a mock arbitration case, with reference to the IBA Guidelines on Conflicts of Interest in International Arbitration and the IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration.

Participants will gain hands-on practical experience and hone their understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects involved in conducting an international arbitration. They will also obtain direct feedback and practical advice from the mock tribunal comprised of leading international arbitration practitioners.

Who should attend?

Arbitration practitioners, arbitrators, in-house counsels, litigators, judges, government officials and all those involved in dispute resolution.

REGISTER BEFORE 2 NOVEMBER TO RECEIVE EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNTS!

We look forward to seeing you in Kuala Lumpur!

Kind regards,
