AGENDA
1. President’s Message.
2. To confirm Minutes of the 23rd Annual General Meeting for the year 2014/2015.
3. To receive the Council’s report on the working of the Institute during the year 2015/2016.
4. To receive the Treasurer’s report and the audited accounts of the Institute for the year ending 31st December 2015.
5. To elect three (3) Ordinary Council Members for the year 2016/2018 pursuant to Clauses 15.5 to 15.7 of the Rules of the Institute.
6 To appoint two (2) Honorary Auditors for the year 2016/2017.
7. To re-appoint the External Auditors, M/s Wong Weng Foo & Co.
8. To deal with such other matters as may be presented.
