Greetings from the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators.
Attached herewith Notice of Annual Subscription Payment for 2026 and Exemption form Payment of Annual Subscription Pursuant to Rule 8.2 for your kind information and onward action.
Kindly note as below:
Rule 8.2 states:
A member who has attained the age of sixty-five (65) years or more shall be exempted from payment of annual subscriptions provided that he/she had not been struck off/removed from the register of members and for five (5) years immediately preceding such exemption he/she had been a member in good standing and had fully paid up all dues to the Institute. This provision is not applicable to Corporate Members.
For members who wish to be exempted under the said Rule 8.2, please complete the form attached below and submit the same to the Institute, together with a copy of your NRIC or passport. If you have submitted the exemption form earlier, please disregard this notice.
